They don't follow the hours that are posted online. I've gone in an hour maybe even more before their posted close time of 9:00pm and they've been closed. There's no reason to close a whole hour before you're supposed too.

Great service here. Just don’t feel offended when they ask you for your ID. They do it with everyone.

Normally the girls that work here are fairly nice. Today on 5 Sept 22 Labor Day a girl that worked in the afternoon at 4:pm was extremely rude. I walked in and she was sitting down on the floor and when I said hi she gave me a death stare and didn’t respond back. I then asked for some GeekVape Pods and she just kept rudely asking me which one and kept playing on her phone. When I pointed out the ones that I wanted, she made it seem like it was the biggest burden she’s ever had by grabbing it for me.

Usually my experience is fine here. Today was different the guy working the desk had a very aggressive tone before I even spoke to him which was jarring after talking to the nice female employee. He aggressively asked for my ID which I already had out and then proceeded to take my card and after the cash register opened he slammed it aggressively and asked if I needed a receipt and I said yes incase the vape doesn’t work… because I know the receipts are time stamped. He said you know you don’t need a receipt for that right? and then he began helping the customer behind me and I explained I didn’t know that but I know that there’s a proof of purchase and time stamp on there. He said you have 10 minutes to come back you don’t need a receipt and rolled his eyes. He proceeded to help the customer behind me and I asked again for my receipt and he kept slamming the cash register closed dramatically every time it opened. Very uncomfortable experience and the worst experience I had here but the comfort with which he delivered his tone told me it likely wasn’t the first time. Anyway I hope that doesn’t happen to anyone again.

Had a couple encounters with the staff here a few times, everytime they were unpleasant. They preach a strict policy on returns and refunds but don't ever cover this information with you. You will never really know your options if you were to buy a defective product until it's to late and there is nothing they can do for you. Policy is policy but the staff should make priority of ensuring the customer knows what the risks are.
