Lots to choose from in such a tiny shop. Looks can b deceiving I guess haha. They even had a batman one. And that's cool with me cause I'm like a literal batwoman myself. Just not a crime fighting vigilante. More like a dork who happens to like batman, but still a batwoman none the less. Haha. Jk. Anyway. The employee girl was friendly. Wish I could have remembered the name. I didn't have the money for the bat bong sadly so I got the green and orange bubbler instead cause I liked that it looked bumpy. Didn't notice till first use that it was ergonomically incorrect and the vent hole was in a bad place. It made thumb plugging and venting uncomfortable and awkward. I was afraid I'd have to leave a negative review on the product and positive on the place but I found a remedy at least ao it's not uncomfortable. Instead of holding it the usual way to vent with my thumb I switched it to hold it slightly different with my index as the plug and vent finger. Works perfect. The pic of how I hold it for best comfort is in the review. One last thing I wanna say that I didn't notice till my sister pointed it out was that the bubbler looks like an octopus tentacle. Lol. Cooool.

Good prices and selection....staff is friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Found exactly what I wanted in a vape. Unfortunately they were out of nicotine free e-juice.

Price are a little on the high side but other then that the girl working was very nice and customer oriented and the product lasted for the expected time frame

I normally don't leave reviews but this is not my first experience with this happening at this store. I bought a vape. it was burnt right out of the box. I told the employees working that it tasted burnt and they asked to taste it so I let them. They said the burnt taste was just the flavor of the vape. I buy the same one everytime and have been for weeks now and I know it isn't supposed to taste like burnt popcorn. They refused to exchange it. so I called the other location where the manager was working and spoke to her. She said "they were not responsible for the flavor. only if it works or not. We will exchange it only this one time if you come back" so I went back and when I got there she said "we will not exchange it and theres nothing I can do for you". So if you buy a vape and it's burnt might as well throw it away because they won't help you. This is a terrible way of running a business. If you sell a product (a product you know has a lot of issues) and it's faulty you can't refuse to replace it or give a refund. Stop selling them if you don't want to replace them or give refunds.

Like most other smoke shops in the area they have been selling lots of flop vapes. I bought three fumes ultras in the past week within 24-48 hours they are already blinking, heating up, or malfunctioning in some way. Last night I bought an Airbar Max here it is first thing this morning and it’s hitting as if it’s empty. They shops don’t feel they are at fault for selling bad products but they should be held accountable.

Prices are too high
