The guys who work here are nice but the elf bars (at least the one i got) are definitely fake

I bought an elfbar en it was burned. They made me try the whole box and none of them worked and they didn’t give me a refund

Their disposable products recently have been leaking and breaking within 2-3 days.

Consistently get disposables here that don’t hit at all or don’t taste right. Would not recommend

This place was awful, none of the devices we have purchased there work at all. This has been an awful experience, we’ve tried to come back twice. But no outcome change

My first time here was yesterday and the worker was very helpful. I bought a vape and liked it, then I went back this morning and bought 2 more. 1 of the 2 didn't work after about an hour after leaving the store and I called to see if they would do something for me and they said no. I understand they have to be careful of ppl trying to scam but I was literally just there and they knew that. So that was very disappointing and now I'm without a vape.

Vale’s that don’t work or feel half full / very little smoke. Feeling like black market. No thanks

Lack of knoweledge staff regarding vape juices and rigs

I found this shop lovely and the staff very knowledgeable. I think the problem with some ppl who can’t read the return policy is that they want something for free. As a small business owner that is appalling. Grow up get a job and be a member of the working class. That way you don’t need to steal that is what that is when you want something for free and think you are entitled. I said what I said!

They will not honor returns

Do not buy the smok Nord4 from this establishment. They do not honor returns

If you are selling products with warranties that require receipt you need to require your employees to hand out those receipts.

I purchased a smock Nord for from a very nice person in Oya vapes. He was guiding me on which vapes I would be most comfortable with. We ended up on a smok Nord 4 And I asked him specifically about the return policy. He stated I have 14 days to come and return this device if it is defective. He did not state that I had to have a receipt. I have everything that I was given on that exact day to include the bag I was giving it in. Lo and behold, this mock nord is not working correctly. I go to make the return and I am not allowed to do so. You need to educate your employees and make sure that they hand out receipts even if the customer declines ( which I did not because I was not even given the option). If you are aware that you're warranty or whatever warranty that I can come back and make a claim on requires a receipt. You need to be handing out receipts.

Great place to go if in need of some new vaping equipment....! Only been in there 1nce but it was totally worth it they close alil earlier then so keep that in mind if ur traveling from across town or something plan accordingly with the afternoon traffic..... but I dig it, the vibes are chill right when u get through the door

I purchased e-juice from here, based off recommendation from person in store. Juice was/is disgusting. ALLEGEDLY Blueberry & Raspberry, instead it's a Menthol Eucalyptus, Not even a full tank out of a 120 mil, and won't exchange/trade out, or replace with different e-juice. For 32 bucks for a 120 mil, you guys could've done better. Pathetic.

Good deals and the staff is very friendly and by no means rude
