BUYER BEWARE OR DONT COME HERE! The products are cheap because they sell bunk, leaky products. They get the defected products. They refuse to replace a vape unless the battery is dead. Store policy Clerk was not rude but did not give a flying f that my vape was dripping into my pocket and my mouth. He said it was probably overfilled. Produced very little vapor. I told them I’d let people know about the awful service I experienced so here I am. Again… BUYER BEWARE: if you decide to come here anyways make sure to loiter in the store and have a full vape session to ensure they’re working correctly

My go to smoke shop. It’s been there for many years in a convenient location. Competitive prices. Sam, the owner, is a local and always really nice and helpful. He will order you smokes and vapes you get elsewhere and match the price if he doesn’t already have it. If you ask him nicely. The place is always clean. The employees wear masks. Someone is cleaning or working all the time. Every time I go, Sam is sweeping or cleaning his display cases. Everything is stocked and organized. Don’t go somewhere else where they’ll rip you off and sell you expensive cigarettes and fake vapes. PB Smoke Shop will sell you the real deal. Every time.

Very rude. Hung up on three times from the store, when just trying to call them for a simple question. You call they answer, you hear the store back ground noise then hang up on you without any hello. If you want to customers to come in you might not want to obviously hang up in people's faces.

I'll start by saying this: though their selection is certainly not as expansive as other smoke shops along Garnet, I've become fast friends with the men who work here. I've been going here for over 5 years, even though I live over 40 minutes away, because the quality of service and atmosphere in this establishment is unmatched. Once you become acquainted with the staff be ready for the discounts to flow; as a regular for several years, I can expect 15% off on whatever I might need. Moral of the review: this should be one of your first stops when looking for any kind of smoking paraphernalia in the San Diego area.

I bough a smok rpm 40 which worked fine but accidentally got water, so I bought another one however this one was defective. The shop clerk insisted that it was my coil even though we tried different types, and now I'm on duty on an island and my device doesn't work

A few things I purchased didn't even end up in the bag so make sure before you leave.

I have been a patron of this place for a couple of years now. The people are awesome and very helpful for the most part. This is my Go-To place for vape related things. The 3 star rating pertains to a recent purchase of a Sourin Air Pod I bought which was defective - I filled the pod up and let it set overnight before I used it. When I took a drag off of it, it tasted like burnt cotton. The vape juice never absorbed into the vape chamber as it should have. The pod was defective. I took it back and told them what was wrong and the made me buy another pod instead of replacing it. Granted they gave me a discount for the new pod but I feel they should have replaced it and sorted things out with their supplier instead of me having to get ahold of Sourin myself. Other than that, I've been happy with everything else with this smoke shop.
