Great shop with a good supply and knowledge of their products. There prices are comparable to other shops but they know a lot more than your average nutrition store.

This was my first time coming here (I came in for a can of protein) and I was immediately greeted by the friendly guy working there. I let him know what I was looking for and he took me right to the protein powders and asked me a couple questions about my workout routine etc. He made a couple recommendations on things I should try, and even gave me a few samples to see if they work for me! So, I've been on a weight loss/fitness journey for about a year and a half. I've recently been trying to incorporate the right supplements to work out out smarter so I can continue to see results. I came in and spoke with Cameron who was super helpful in explaining what protein and aminos would be good for me. Everything tastes great, and I'm excited to incorporate them into my fitness routine. I went into Nutrishop and GNC and spoke with employees there and didn't get the answers or the explanations I was seeking. It was clear they didn't know the products they were selling. Cameron knows the products, he's nice, also (not relevant) but extremely good looking. There's also a kitten who roams the shop and is totes adorbes. I'm happy to start supporting this local business on a regular basis, they're the only independent shop I could find on yelp and I'm glad I came in. I would encourage anyone with supplement needs to check them out as well.
