I frequent this store for my kratom. Best prices in town by far for that, both for powder and capsules. Better quality than quite a few online retailers. Always friendly when I come in. Owner seems like a stand up kinda guy.

What can I say friendly staff, great prices and always an enjoyable experience I actually started coming in here in 2006 threw 2009 then I moved aways and was happy to see when i moved back to the area it was the same ownership and a much nicer shop. Cheers and enjoy

I went in to purchase a 2nd Novo 4 (my current one has lasted me 6 months+ so I was getting a backup just in case). I was talked into the Novo X told that it was better (which is wrong)... Start using it, battery drains extremely fast, fires when held upside down, it's spitting etc. so I stop using it and I go in the following weekend to see what they can do. Was told the owner can do something but I would have to speak with him. I call and talk to him on the phone today and he says he "doesn't like talking on the phone but to come in and he will make it right". I go in and am told that even with using my phone number to look up the purchase he cannot do anything besides offer a discount on another device (I have never been given a receipt on any purchase from this location, only sign the receipt upon purchase and give back). I drove round trip 40 miles, twice, to be met with "I can't send it back to the distributor, what about my money?, what if you dropped it"... This thing is brand new, I stopped using it immediately and put in back in the box when I knew it was defective and have everything that came with it. EXTREMELY poor customer service from the owner. I highly recommend you drive the extra block West to GK's.

A tad higher in price than others but awesome atmosphere, options, and they're open later than the rest which helps because I work late.

I came in here to buy some glass. They have a pretty good selection at fair and reasonable prices. They have an easy to use point system that makes the experience even better.

Update. Here on Saturday June 11th at 9:10am and it says open but door is locked..... Always have what I need 👍

I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Awesome customer service and a wide variety of products.

More of a vape and head shop, less about cigars. Although the humidor was well humidified when I walked in, at some point, they let the humidifier run out of water for enough time to let all of the cigars dry out. All four of the cigars I purchased there were not smokeable... Rolling up some yardwork would have tasted about the same. They need to dump all their current stock and replace it.

Great little shop! I had a hard time finding it but I'm glad I stopped in! I just moved in the area so this will be my new go-to shop!

Never open on time. Will go down a mile and stock up else where

It is not worth my drive anymore. They are never open during the hours posted, today the sign said they would open at 11am and still not open at 2pm. Seems to be a regular occurrence, 40% of the time when I am there during their posted hours they are closed, easier to just try another shop that is more reliable.

Never open when they should be & always out of inventory. Unprofessional.

No Zippo lighter fluid, no cigarette cases. Bought a box of tubes and found them to be crushed. No personality nor knowledge. Wasted trip..never again.
