Huge selection, very friendly staff, incredible pricing. 10 out of 10. The have bulk tobacco, all the cigars you could look for, and plenty of vape disposables and e liquid. They also sell pieces, glass, wood, stone, metal. Very nice shop.

Decent products but overpriced for a lot of things. Woman that rang me up was very rude, I was looking for cigarette holders and at no point did she help me. I then when to get a beverage from the front (where it seemed they were being sold on a shelf with prices) and the employee yelled “Nuh uh” at me and I turned around confused. She then yelled nuh uh again, and I asked if the drinks weren’t for sale. She said “Uh, no, that’s overstock.” I said oh okay sorry and went up to the register to pay for my cigarette holders when she pointed behind me and said “well there’s a cooler right there” which I hadn’t seen because I never went to that part of the store. Also bought a few products weeks ago, 1 product came broken in box and they wouldn’t let me return it because (same woman) said it was opened. Again decent products but very rude

Starting to improve...I have given Smart Choice several chances to succeed with me but the supplies seem old and seems like the owner is using us rather than serving us. However, Heather, a newer staff member, really helped me determine best vape mod to get. She explained some issues I've had with products. When I tried both mods at home, they worked so well that now I am set. I have M.S. and asthma: dry herb vape will provide the help I need to stay functional.

Stopped in for vape juice gentlemen behind the counter had the worst customer service I’ve ever been apart of. Showed him coils I needed and gave me the wrong ones. Won’t be going back

If you want to make people leave because they aren't 21 don't allow them in your store once and then make them leave the next time because you feel like showing your authority in a bunch of customers. If you only sold tobacco products it would be one thing but you sell candles, car air freshners and drinks. As rude as the employees are I'm surprised the business is still open. Maybe Delaney should get a job where she doesn't have to deal with customers because she is not friendly at all and rude as all get out. She got everything out for me to buy but then heard me on the phone with my daughter and refused to sell to me..girl get a life I'm probably old enough to be your mother.

The employees are always so knowledgeable about all their products! And always so friendly!
But if you go online to buy your stuff, it's literally only half the price these guys charge. 50% or more markups.
Plus they never open on time.
