There's usually a female working with braids. She is always preoccupied with her friends (behind the counter), or food she's ordered. She hurries you into your purchase and is rude if you take your time to browse.
She has lied about product and I've seen her yell at customers. Sadly, I only go here when I want to pay $10.00 more than market price on nearly anything.
All in the name of "harm reduction, though? Right. "
UPDATE :
so my vape broke and I was in a pinch. Gave this place another chance. I called in advance and asked if they had a pod for a geekvape boost pro... XANDER said yes. By the time I got there a whole half hour's worth of distance, I find out Xander lied, and it was an obelisk pod. He told me he didn't know what model the pod was for, even though it was clearly marked on the package. While I was on the phone, I even double checked and said boost PRO, right? (There are two boost models by geek vape and it wasn't even one of them smdh)
Do you guys even do interviews when you're hiring someone?
The only thing they're consistent with is disappointing their customers.

This is the best vape shop I have ever been to. All the staff are very knowledgeable. . .I come here at least once a week, Rae is usually the one waiting on me, and she is super friendly. She always takes her time to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend this vape shop!!

I called 3 days in a row to call to see if they.could order a puffco atomizer and got told to call back the next day every time, when I went in person the employee had no idea about anything I asked and couldn't answer any of my questions and was very unprofessional I do not recommend this smoke shop to anybody
