Now, I gave it a 4 because after they are done remodeling and get situated I’m sure they will get 5. I went in yesterday with my fiancé to finally get myself new juice. 2 months ago I went and got a new juice from my normal vape store, I wanted something with a frost. Not menthol. Well I got menthol and I’m NOT a fan. So I went back to plain cigarettes. I wasn’t wanting to spend a lot of money just a new coil and juice. I left spending under 20$. Yes. You heard that correct.. They have a huge selection of flavor like so many the longer you stand the more you start to smell and get lost there. The vibes were great, he was eager when we first walked in but hey, I remember what a sale person is like when a customer finally walks in. However he was honest and that’s why I’m going back. He knew the answers to my questions and even my sarcastic comments he knew. I would def say go in and give them a try. Oh, and they have THE ORIGINAL coil I have been after that my other shop told me they discontinued..

This is the absolute BEST vape store in Oregon! Eric (owner), Patrick & Joel are the most knowledgeable guys I've ever met on the topics of all things "vape". The prices are VERY competitive, guessing that about 98% are lower than other shops in the area...(ie. UV, EV, VG, ). and the $$ that I could sometimes save by ordering online is insignificant when you factor in the value of outstanding customer service and knowledge that these guys uphold. Thank you OVS!

They have a good juice selection but they never have coils or replacements on hand. One star because they would rather send people back to cigarettes then keep products that work on the shelves.
I have asked about your refunds on your leaking disposable coils no reply face to face in your store. In fact the last time I was in this store I bought the last of the coils, couldn't use either of them because they would not hold juice. No I don't have them now because no one can actually give me an answer. Not fun cleaning up.
Again smok tfv8 mesh or a replacement coil is what I've asked for a few times now. I also like tfv12 mesh and double mesh.
I've talked, today I have to go to other stores to find what I need. Overall we have had this problem from the beginning, with your overpriced tanks on day one. Every time I had a leaking disposable coil I mentioned it, with looks of "O, well". When you sold out of those and dropped down to the $1 coils, I fixed my tanks and been waiting for coils since. You brought back the disposable coils after a month and again I bought most of them, waiting! About 2 weeks ago now was the last time (the time before that was the last disposable coils again), been smoking cigarettes since.

Messaged them because I broke my glass on my tank. They Came in and opened an hour early, and a coil and new glass was 10$. I payed 15 for my last replacement glass alone. Will be my go to shop and highly recommend! Great selection of mods and juice as well!

Eric and Joel are the best! Great prices and flavorful juices. Always have my coils in stock, even the Falcon & Valyrian 2 coils which are hard to find at any other shop. Can’t ask for a more friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Joel was super helpful, and this store always seems to have everything I need. Highly recommend this place as I've been coming for years and it only seems to get better.

Some of the best prices in the Eugene and Springfield area on e-juice, coils, and mods. Friendly service willing to take the time to help you find what you desire. And one of the only stores to carry my favorite e-juice brand Evaporeign.

I'm getting a bit upset because people are not liking Eric at oregon vape society well let me say something I have been to quite a few vape shops and oregon vape society is my go to! Eric is very compassionate and understanding and has the time of day always to sit down and explain with words every step to make sure his customers are always happy. Oregon vape society has not only fantastic customer service but there always there if you have any questions to ask. He has very good quality vape juice and wide selection of vape mods also. I feel welcomed whenever I walk into his shop it almost feels like family of there is anything being said bad about this shop then please take a look at how you feel towards this location and recess your thoughts and please give Eric and his shop oregon vape society a chance because I would rather go here than anywhere else thank you and have a nice day

Great shop my favorite place to hands down but I have to say I was treated poorly by the staff with the tattoos on his face. First his dog would not get off me and he did nothing. Then he was very condescending asking my girl if she knows they don't run on regularly batteries as im holding my vape and my girl is buying a new vape because she didn't like her previous one. After spending couple hundred and almost paying $15 for a tip that shouldn't be that price, he was extremely rude about having us move to the back so the next people could get where we were. I will be back as long as he isn't working.

Joel has made my experience amazing switching back to vaping. Getting me set up with the right type of mod and juice that suits me. The remodel is looking amazing. Always a joy to go in. What beautiful souls.
