Great guy, knowledgeable and fair prices especially in the Sandy area. Beats driving 30 minutes to Gresham for same prices he offers.

Happened to be going through town and decided to grab a couple disposables. Intended to buy a couple that I had had good experience with, but was strongly persuaded to purchase something else, and I decided to get one of each, with the promise that if I tried it, and it had an issue, it would be replaced. It was 150% the price of the other. I purchased both devices and went to my car parked directly out front to try them both, followed the instructions clearly written on the packages before using. The device I intended to purchase worked great, the one I was recommended was immediately burnt. I have been using disposables for multiple years, and had this issue only a few times, every other shop has been helpful in replacing the device. I went right back in, and said us was burnt, and it would be nice to have it replaced. The worker asked if she could try it, and also noticed it was burnt, but said ‘unfortunately since you went out the door before trying it, I can’t do anything. Also it’s still hitting, so I can’t do anything for you, and we just switched the rule so we can’t take these back’ which goes directly against what I was told when following the recommendation. Basically, I was out of luck and had wasted the money, there was no offer whatsoever to attempt to keep their word. I did not try the device in the store as it isn’t legal, and I would have had to wait multiple minutes extra in there when they were already busy. Overall, there are dozens of other shops I’ve had no issues with, that have always taken care of me, and I’d recommend going elsewhere if at all possible.

TLDR; retracted promises of delivering a working device that was recommended to me STRONGLY over what I originally asked for.

They sell defective smoke pens. I came in politely twice and asked for a different one because it tasted like burnt cotton. Owner got upset and told me he wasn’t in the business in losing money. We exchanged word and he decided to throw a basket at me as I was leaving his store. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all

So, originally when this place opened, I had a glowing review of this place, it's kind and knowledge employees, great prices, and good overall vibe. But, that has sadly taken a completely 180. It appears that all of the employees that worked there have been fired and replaced with the owner running things full-time. I can't say as to why, but what I can say is how this changed everything that was good about this place. He's extremely rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. The last three times I've been in there it has been something that either made me uncomfortable or frustrated. Ranging from screaming at somebody on his phone about God knows what, or simply being unavailable to speak to as his conversation was more important. Being rude to other customers when me or my Mom asked legitimate questions, and being extremely stingy by underweighing Kratom. When asked about a box of Kratom extract that didn't have info on the box and asked to open it to read the info on the bottle, he immediately started getting hostile and combative. It's sad to see all this as I once considered this the defacto headshop to go to in Sandy. Now, all I can say is, if you'd like to be treated with respect as a customer, go to the recently opened All Stop or Rip City. They have have problems, but you can at least feel comfortable and support local business that deserve it. Avoid this place.

The Hush Kratom shots are fantastic. We also purchased Kratom in the powder for and I was pleasantly surprised of the quality. Their house brand has been the best I have had so far. Thank you for having quality products and making our buying experience so great.

Do not buy Boss Max vapes from this place. Surprised actually that the first one I bought opened in store and it didn’t work. Bought two other ones and they worked for one day and battery died. Charged both and neither of them charge. I’m out $80 and they company knows that these are defective and still sell them. Shame on this place

The lady working seemed paranoid about people being in the store. Had a hard time checking me out while watching the 2 other customers. She wasn't wearing a mask and another employee who was not working but buying something when I first entered the store wasn't wearing a mask either. The employee working did not know anything about the products she was selling. And to top it off I was charged 3% for running my DEBIT card which is illegal BTW. Really strange experience overall. I will not be back.

Guy at the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Really comprehensive selection of bulk kratom at a better price than anywhere else in town. Beautiful wooden bongs, nice selection of smoke products, good place to check out!

The people that work here are cool as hell. If they don’t have what you’re looking for let them know and they’ll most likely order that specific item for the shop for your next visit.

Love this place!! Such friendly staff they always answer any questions I have or give me good info about products I’m buying and they’re always open! Highly recommend this place if you’re ever passing through sandy!
