A little confused by all the good reviews. Got there a little after they "opened" to see 4 other people waiting outside. The store was closed, and apparently it's normal for the guy to just not show up?? We sat outside for at least half an hour before I left for another shop. The Glassworks shop down the street from here is much better.

Awesome people, great prices. Super respectful and welcoming vibe. Answered all my questions I had since Iβm from out of town. Theyβre doing 2 people at a time in the shop for Covid-19 measures and I didnβt have to wait long at all to get in. Worth the experience if youβre looking for a good place with a huge variety.

Three stars for customer service. Pleasant and knowledgeable with what you have. This is what kills me to say... drum roll. Your product is limited and if i am in the mood to be picky and choosy in cloud nine and smok stuff i shall go to you. Your amount of picking and choosing in those brands are amazing, but think about the others that go past those. True i am one person, but i won't be totally.. blasting.. your customer service was good..

Up until today this was my go to store for my vapes. Come in several times a week and have spent a lot of money. I bought a defective puff bar there. Wasn't able to return it right away .trued to return it and was told I was too late and I couldn't get an exchange.
Won't be coming back. Feel cheated
Considering I spend between 20 and 40$ there weekly for over ayear. And they won't except the fact they sold me a bogus product.

Great customer service and prices! Their inventory isn't huge but the prices are definitely competitive. Plus, they were open before anyone else was.
I went in with a prehistoric vape, cuz I had quit months ago and it was a recent hand-me-down, and after it was decided that the coil I'd need wasn't in stock the cashier offered to sell me a brand new vape for just $20! The sticker price said $60, and it was totally worth more than $20. I didn't buy it unfortunately, but it was a nice gesture for a first time customer.
I'll definitely be coming back if I end up getting hooked after this bottle of E-juice.
