Their hours are very idea for the working class. They have a wide variety of smoke and vape tools. Very well stocked in the latest products on the market. I also enjoy their quick Service and the store is very clean and well set up displays make this experience that much more enjoyable

First time visiting this shop as usually shop another vape shop in nearby Astoria yet was referred by a coworker. Max greeted me in a friendly way & was MOST helpful in sharing different prefilled vape options & about quality etc. Purchased two ... One the square Hyde vape the other Slaps. Both are smooth inhale & very nice flavors! Thank you Max! I will be back for more later when need to obtain more.

They pick and choose who to honor their promotions to. I was buying Kratom from them, buy 10 get one free. When it came time to get my free one all of the sudden the promotion ended. I tried to get my free one at the time I made my 10th purchase but was told that I had to pick it up on my next visit. When I went on my next visit (yesterday) to pick it up I was informed that the promotion ended and I was no longer eligible. They guy that claims to be a manager does not know how to talk to customers or even be a decent human being. He is a liar and he is very rude. They lost me as a loyal customer.

Was there visiting and burned my coil. Gentlemen working found a replacement for me up in no time. I told him my husband usually changes it out for me. So he took care of that as well. Great service, large selection of oil, and very clean.

This is the place where superior customer service lives! Although they didnt have what I was looking for, Micheal, provided professional service, extremely knowledgeable of store inventory and treated me with sincere kindness. I bragged about his customer service skills all the way back to Portland. Thank you for handling business the "old fashion way". I will be sure to visit whenever I visit the seaside area!

Great customer service. Very accommodating and helpful. Laid back easy going environment. No hostile sales tactics. BIG advantage and difference from the other smoke shops is that every single oil is available for you to sample, which means smell and/or try.
