I've had nothing but horrible luck with vapes! I wanted for so long to love vaping but all of the ones I'd tried leaked. Horribly. All the juice just gone. I went in here a few days ago and got one that did the same thing. Leaked. I was very disappointed but called the staff and they told me that it happens once in a while.
I went back in the next day and decided to try a different one. I fully expected it to do as the others have done (just based on my luck) but I have been soooooo happy with it!
Zach and Brandon were amazing and helpful as were the ladies. They new exactly what they were talking about and made sure that I was as happy vaping as I had always wanted to be. This is the only store I will ever go to and I will recommend it to everyone.

I have been shopping here since they have opened. The prices are the great and they will beat any other vape store's price in the devices. And the juices are made and certified in a lab. Not someone's kitchen, like some of Tulsa's shops. I would of gave them 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟, if they had all glass bottles. But other than that there are awesome!

If you are going to advertised "best sellers" on your website then for the love of everything, be certain your stocked up so when a customer comes through the door for one, you actually have it! Low inventory once in a while is understandable but continously having no stock is unacceptable and bad for business....

I cannot say enough about all of you at Jvapes in Tulsa and the main office in Arizona. You remember us when we walk thru the door. You all took good care of us. It's so worth the 30 mile drive to get great service, and ejuice. It's hard to find great business but I've found it at Jvapes. You all are the BEST and I recommend you to everyone I know! Thank you to everyone of you. There is no other !!!!!

I bought a vape rig from J Vapes and within less than a month it failed from having a defective battery. Far from exchanging and making good on the garbage I'd been sold, I was offered a 20% discount on a new one that would also not be guaranteed because of "the pandemic". Basically they sold me damaged goods and refused to honor their return policy. I have been a customer of this store for years, but I won't be back and I suggest others find similar businesses that actually care about their customers.
Addendum: I called corporate and they absolutely made good on this, calling the store and instructing them to make the exchange. I had intended to change the review score, but the brand new store manager was so rude when I came back for the exchange, the one star rating stands and I'll take my business elsewhere. I would use another J Vapes, but this location needs work!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! After having ZERO luck with 4 different Tulsa area vape shops looking for multiple pieces I needed replaced on my Salt Vape and Regular Vape, I called JVape and they had all the items in stock. I came in a few hours later and both guys working were very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they have ALL THE MULTIPLE PIECES I was in need of (that 4 other vape shops didn't have), but they changed the pieces out for me and I walked out with BOTH my Vape and Salt Vape working 100%!! I will definitely be back to JVape!!

Their juice is the smoothest. And they have such a great selection. When I came in the guys was like “What flavor do you want?” And I was like “Something good for the summer? Like cucumber or something?” And he was super patient as I tested out different flavors. I finally settled in Iced Up Chocolate. It’s great. I mix it with a chick flavor I already had, and sometimes a caramel or coffee flavor and it blends so well. Love this store!

Rude staff, pretentious, not putting up with their smug attitudes anymore. If the owners read this, the young lady working Saturday mid shift just made never return to JVapes. No matter the state, I’m done. If you review your tape from 12:45pm I’m sure you will agree that she did not handle the situation well.
