I love it here but lately things have changed alot so not goin back alot like before they get new employee she was very rude and impatient then I purchase an item and keep in mind I've spent into the $1000's here it's got a fine line crack and take it back to be told it wasn't like that when I bought it I'm so upset I won't go back there now ... I've never ever had a problem nor would I ever lie about it but it's ok it's they lo$$ not mine...

Bought a box of filters for my vapor and juice Wednesday. The juice is tastes like chemical. Brand new filter. So I get out another filter from box and use my other juice I previously had. Normal. Today I get a break from work and go back w the cart w juice that tasted bad completely full and the bottle, full minus that cartridge filter thing. Instantly shakes his head no refunds. Asked me to try it w different filter, gave me one. KNOWING I SAID IT TASTE LIKE CHEMICALS! Im a SMOKER I know when something is different. But I played the game and again it tastes the same. Asked if they would try it now. He said he would NOT HELP A CUSTOMER LIKE ME. I left it all there and here I am wasting precious time to review that the JUICE here is NOT RIGHT and NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
