This location in my opinion is the best. Everyone here is friendly, professional and knows what they're talking about. I've been going to this place for years. I've traveled all over the country and this Macedonia location is by far the best one.

I plan on this being the only store I shop at. The staff is perfect at helping you pick out exactly what is right for you, just got into this and Joe helped me pick out a box and a tank(s) that would fit my needs. Flavor combinations are incredible here and seem just about endless. Couldn't give a higher recommendation.

This place is the best! They really know what they're doing and they take the time find the best device for your needs. I WAS a smoker for over 30 years. Haven't smoked since the day I first went to this store. Amazing! Do yourself a favor. Go here if you are sick of cigarettes. You'll be glad you did.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable & able to help you find the right setup of vape for you. After one trip (at least a couple years ago) I was able to figure out exactly what worked for me & can reorder online if I'm not in the area.

Excellent shopping experience all around. One of the most friendly staffs I’ve ever encountered in the retail world. Helpful and knowledgeable and they are not at all conceited about helping people who are new to the vaping world like many other shops I’ve seen. Great prices too. Highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Jason and the man with the beard were unprofessional. I asked a question and got kicked out. Twice. The first time was Jason laughed at me after telling me to leave because of my question. The second was because I asked a question on why I got kicked out the first time. So I got kicked out AGAIN.

I, personally, am not a customer but my husband is and this is the ONLY place he'll go to. Very friendly staff, awesome selection, and always helpful! They are even kind enough to let my son use their restroom when Daddy takes forever because he loves this store so much! ;-)
