I love Elite Smoke Shop - I get all of my glassware from here. Yes, some of their pieces are cheap Chinese imports, but the guy working at the counter was upfront about their lackluster quality and pointed me to several wonderful pieces of remarkable craftsmanship. The guy at the counter knocked off $40 from the bill because I bought more than one item. The selection isn't great, but the prices are right, the customer service is on point, and with a little searching you can find some great pieces. I will return again soon, and recommend this place to all my friends.

Called to check and see if they had a product in stock and then popped in like 4 hours later, they had pulled and saved the item for me behind the counter without me requesting that. Very appreciated :)

This would be a 5 Star rating. You didn't have PAX3 Complete Kit in black. Had to buy half pack lid and no concentrate insert. Just couldn't buy the rose gold color Complete Kit (all you offered). I really wanted the Complete Kit in black. Want that concentrate oven insert at Complete Kit price! Could've ordered from POTV.com online. But feel strongly about supporting local businesses.

Been to other vape shops from here to cinci area and this one is my favorite so far. Choices are far better than most. Same with pricing. Only thing that is lacking is, organization of juices and flavor labeling. Asking about what the flavor is does get you answers though.

I bought a vape box there and brought it home, opened the box and it was too big for me. I was going to take a chance and take it back since I did nothing to it only opened the box. There are signs there saying no returns. I asked anyway. She was very sweet and called the manager and I was so happy to hear that he would exchange it for a different vape! Very understanding people and fair. The prices are good and the service is awesome. Will keep going back!

Don't waste your time. Stock is garbage and the girl working was so unknowledgeable about the products the store sells I had to go to a different place to find anything remotely similar to what I wanted. I recommend you save your time and go anywhere else or shop online. It's far cheaper and you won't be left disappointed by poor selection.

If you are looking for great prices, and unique merchandise, this is the place for you. I found this location through a friend, and decided to check it out. I found a specific brand of vape juice that no one else seems to have, and I have been coming here ever since. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, all of my shopping experiences have been great!

My two stars go to the girl with the blonde hair who was at least nice enough to let me put a period on my sentence the second time I came in. As far as the girl with the green hair, this is my second encounter with her and I’m sorry but having anxiety isn’t the proper excuse for being rude. I bought a product from here that leaks and this is the second one I’ve bought from here that leaks. You would think they would help me but instead I get excuses and piss poor customer service. Maybe working in a customer service based industry isn’t best for someone with anxiety. If you cope by cutting people off and being rude, you need a different job.
I will never come back here.

i just recently came here and a brunette short girl helped me pick out the perfect vape for me. she was very nice and helpful and i could not have been more pleased with my visit. i will definitely be back i just wish i would have caught her name !
