I've been there several times now. They are frequently out of stock on run of the mill items. Their rewards system is a joke. You get 10% off a purchase for every $100 spent if I understand correctly. I had already spent well over $100 before their rewards system was "up and running" and got no credit for it. To top it all off, last time I went there, a larger woman was sitting in the lobby with her bare feet (shoes off) on the table and swearing loudly with an empty mcdonalds bag next to her. Thats just disgusting. She appeared to have a personal relationship of some sort with the employee. This store is just another big box corporation that has no idea what it's doing. There are far better vape shops within 1-2 miles of this place. I will say the employees have been very nice and eager to help. Being that it's in a very convenient location, I would have been a long time customer. But I have truly has enough of this place and will never go back.

I just bought a mod here yesterday to replace my current one, which was giving me some trouble. I explained my issue to the only shop attendant working at the time, who seemed very uninterested to help me find a solution. I told him I would like to stay under $60 for a new mod. After a few minutes of just starring at the mods in the glass case I simply chose the mod closest to me which rang up $85, purchased it, and went on my way. Today my friend was able to get my old mod to work again. So I went back to return this $85 mod only to find out that there is no return policy for mods even if returned within 24 hours. Had I known of this policy I would have thought twice before purchasing this now $85 paperweight. Overall this has been a sour one-and-only experience with Vapor Maven. Beware of the no return policy!

Had an amazing experience at Vapor Maven. Store is set up beautifully, customer service was wonderful. They have amazing deals and flash sales at least once a week!! Everyone really seems to know what they’re talking about. Would definitely recommend and will sure be back next time!
