Cloud 9 Smoke Shop & Vape - Smithfield

Plenty of other nice shops around the area to try.. the moment I walked in I was asked if I had an ID. Yes I have my id. I told the lady I would gladly show my id if I decide to make a purchase.. she talked to her superior then asked again to see my id.. not even 2 minutes after walking in. Then told me i had to leave if I didn’t show my id I wasn’t allowed to be in the store. Legally I don’t have to show my ID unless I attempt to make a purchase. I have been a regular at this place for sometime and never get asked for my id until I’m at the register making a purchase just like any other place you’ll ever go to. I’ve had people be rude to me I’ve had them ignore me I’ve gotten faulty products and overcharged once at this place and never once have I ever said anything to anyone. I won’t be back. Obviously they don’t need nor care for my business…

Staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! We're visiting from out of town but we'll definitely be stopping by again!

I called about 9:48pm and I noticed that the store closed at 10pm. I ask respectfully was the store near a certain place so I would know if I had time to walk to make a purchase but I was hung up on by an employee by the name of Amari. When I called back her co-worker answered the phone and not her. People are rude and disrespectful and her hanging up the phone on me for asking a question was rude and uncalled for and I want to talk to the owner because he or she need to be aware of their rude and unprofessional employee. This happened on 10/3/2022 at 9:48pm. Very rude and then her coworker which was working tried to cover up her hanging the phone up. It's sad also I had to put one star when in all actuality I wanted to put minus 5

Had a really cool bong me and my boyfriend wanted to buy. Other than that it’s awkward in there and they wanted both me and my boyfriends i.d. And my boyfriend left his wallet at home so they wouldn’t let ME buy it even though i had my i.d.

Employees were nice and helpful was able to buy a new box mod and tank for under my budget that I am enjoying at this moment definitely going back again.

Nice place no returns or exchanges sucks though just bought something today and it's not working and now I'm stuck with it

Been going to this shop since the first week they open and have seen many new faces but one thing that has remained constant is the beyond exceptional customer service with the ALWAYS friendly and helpful staff!! Best selection and prices hands down. I walk in there atleast once per week and have no idea of juice to get but staff is always helpful in finding something I really enjoy. It always close to my heart as well just knowing that my son Chris Sutton works there as well and daddy proud of him!!

Cool place.. had my hard to find coils and the lady behind the counter was very friendly and nice..

I used to go here every Wednesday and spend hundreds of dollars on delta10 carts. But the last time I went to the shop a woman working there convinced me to buy some Happi disposables instead for $22 each. "Do you want your receipt?" Yes, and it turns out I got charged 35 instead of 22 for one. I discovered that after I had left. Oh well, all sales are final...

That includes the two Happi disposable vape carts, both of which quickly burned themselves out, on the day after I bought them, by boiling the juice inside (you can see through to it). The boiling juice first bubbled out onto my lips, and then my hands. The disposable vape continued to boil and smoke until the juice was all gone. Then it stopped, thankfully without exploding in my face or something awful like that. At this point I went to show Cloud 9 what happened to one of them, confident that they would do SOMETHING...

"Do you remember me? I come in every Wednesday and buy hundreds of dollars worth of delta10 vape carts." The clerk said "Yes I do." It is true, I was formerly a regular customer with money to burn but nevermind about all of that.

He pretended to look at the vape and study it in the light before telling me he had no idea why it would do that and he wishes he could help me out. Wow, who doesn't care about keeping a customer spending a lot of money?

I asked around and the Happi disposables they pushed me to buy have a 50/50 chance of performing this malfunction.
