Friendly staff, clean shop. Epic selection of glass. Saw a lot of pieces I really, really wanted. They have a fancy place to keep all of their cigars. Best selection of White Owl wraps I've seen in a while.

Awesome customer service! Good options on juices, decent prices. I'll definitely go back. The blonde girl with tattoos was very cool and sweet, she knew a lot about the different types of juices they have there. She helped me pick a new one and it's very good. I give her customer service 10 stars!

Consistent EXCELLENT customer service for the past 3 years. On my last visit I was able to work with Onyx (an associate I've worked with before) and she spent extra time with me to ensure I was buying a product I knew how to use properly and would be the best value to me. RS&V is lucky to have this level of professional service and I will look for Onyx every time I visit. Highly recommend this place of business!

Incredible customer service, beautiful products and a wide selection of just about everything you're looking for.. Onyx has assisted me every time I've been in and her knowledge on all there product they carry are unmatched, not only is she well informed but she is amazing at being able to relay that information in and easy to understand maner leaving you confident and wanting to come back for more, also her patience should be idolized as well I'm not an easy customer.
