I've been to numerous vape stores in the Raleigh area and have never experienced a place quite like this. They have tremendous knowledge and are always so welcoming. I go to two of their locations, off of Wake Forest Rd & in Wakefield. Super friendly and always willing to help. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent price and staff that genuinely care.

Just went for some juice and the owner was there. It was my first time at this shop and he was SUPER knowledgeable about every line and flavor available! Just tell him what flavors you like and he'll help you find the exact juice to suit what you're looking for! The prices are great as well! Amazing experience!!! I am now a loyal customer!

The owner was great. I got a battery for vape and it didn't fit quite what I needed it to. He exchanged it for me no problem and was great at helping me figure out what I needed.

My girlfriend and I were not very knowledgeable on these products but were ready to make the switch and stop smoking. Thanks to a friendly and helpful employee Jesse, we were able to make informed decisions on all types of mods, and choose what was best for us. He didn't try to up sell us, or push any products at all. Thanks to him this will be my one stop shop for all our vape needs. I highly recommend this store for the staff and the great flavors they sell, including house flavors from puffing monkey.

Love the store and the products they sell. The staff are also very nice and helpful. Two very minor gripes - first is I wish they had a larger modification selection for my lava tube. Second, if they are busy and you're in their just to get juice you could be waiting a while as they explain vaping to new customers.

I absolutely love this shop. I got replacement glass for my prince cheaper than Amazon and coils are priced so much better than my home vape shop in Maryland. The fact that they have replacement glass can not be understated cause almost no vape shops carry them cause they rather sell you a new tank. And the service was amazing letting me try batteries In my mod before I purchased to see if it worked. I have been to a dozen vape shops and Trust me the service, selection, accessories, and pricing here is the exception not the rule. truly love this shop and I wish I could take it back to Maryland with me.

I've been doing to this shop off and on for a little under a year and always get great customer service no matter who's working, recently had a little bit of an issue getting set up with a mech mod and bought the wrong stuff, came back in and explained what I did and was helped out with new coils and batteries that actually work. GREAT SHOP For people new to vaping and experienced ones as well!

The staff were great, they acted very interested since the first second I walked in, and have some of the best e-juice, before this store, I had tried vapor girl twice, and each time the guy was more interested on correcting me then really trying to help me out, everytime I said tank, he felt the need to correct me and say sub ohm tank, didn't bother to show me any tanks just one and just made me feel ignored. But than a coworker told me about this place and I just loved it

Went to the store about 3 or 4 weeks ago looking for wire sence I like to build coils myself. They had some but I stood around the store for a good 15 minutes before someone came from the back and he didn't really seem like he had any entrance or knowledge about vaping at all or actually getting the sale. I bought the wire i needed and left. Only reason why i left this review is because i just ran out wire was like dam i might have to go back and deal with them again but im not going back to them because of that experience.
