Never open on time, employees don’t seem to want you there and almost push you out of the door. Better shops can be found damn near anywhere the only positive is the large selection to choose from

Went to buy a usb lighter. It was defective. It was clearly clean and brand new and the guy says no exchange no refund. It’s a complete rip off. Not to mention his attitude about the whole thing. To hell with them.

So.. they have a new guy in there and he does not care... at all... about anything. These past four weeks I've told him they are out of what I usually buy. He thinks it's funny. Been going there for over a year and I'm done with that place. Miss the guy that used to be there. Won't be going back

I went in there to buy some coils for my smok Nord. He didn't have any but I wanted to quit smoking asap so I just bought a new Nord that come with the coils. No big deal. What really earned the one star review was the fact that the box he sold me didn't even have a Nord in it. It was empty. I had went out to my truck to set it up and drive off a happy vaper but was so shocked and appalled that the box was empty I ran back inside and tried confronting him he tried saying that since the box was wrapped in plastic there was a mod in there. I had to threaten to call the police and have them search my vehicle for the Nord before he finally agreed to replace it. Watch out for this guy he is very shady. I will not be visiting his store again and I will highly recommended to anyone and everyone that they avoid his shop at all costs. Horrible business person who deserves to be shut down for trying to rip off his customers.
