I saw someone comment"rude people" that is the exact opposite of the employees here. I look forward to going in there, because I know I'll be greeted with such friendly faces and kindness. The first time I went in there I was rather clueless about kratom and relied on their knowledge to help come up for the right one for me. They have happily helps me every time. Even when I have come up with different strains to ask about. My review 5 stars!

Went in with little to no knowledge of vaping devices and wanted to drop smoking. Staff asked me some questions to figure out what I needed. Within 10 minutes of walking in I walked out with a product and ejuice that met my needs. Very happy with purchase and staff interaction. Will be going to this store for all future needs. If I remember correctly, the seller's name was Garrett. He even added a military discount to my purchase. I didn't realize it until I looked at my receipt after I left.

Just had to take a moment to brag about this shop!!! Sunday evening I was leaving dinner and I am not a fan of walking. I thought the store closed at 10 so I figured I had time, but turns out they close at 7 on Sunday. (Which was my mistake because the weekly hours thsy do close at 10... I just didn't pay attention to Sunday) Anyways, this awesome gentleman was standing outside the shop as I was slightly ranting to my boyfriend and he let us in and took care of my needs!! It was awesome!! It was a little past 7, but I was totally dreading walking in to Sheetz!! Plus I enjoy supporting our local shops for certain needs!! Everytime I have been in this store I have got the BEST help! They are very knowledgeable and nice!! Thank you for going above and beyond for me this past Sunday!

I took my daughter to Stratus today and it was the first time we've ever been. The employees were super friendly and knowledgeable about all of their products. I will be a repeat customer and highly recommend this facility to anyone interested in vape products. They also have a large selection of salt nics available.

This was my first visit. Clay was so helpful and nice. I found some new liquids to try and also found out I could get a new nautilus mini tank that I had thought was no longer available in the tanks market. I was so glad to find this out. This will definitely be my new vape store!

Had an issue with my vape mod & tank not recognizing one another. Brought it up there and had them look at it. Great service! Walked me through what caused the issue and how to fix it myself if it occured again! Always happy to shop somewhere that my business is valued! I made a purchase in the Winston Salem location.Very disappointed in the shop! I purchased a BB Tank and tried to attach my cartridge to it and it did not work. A few days later I tried to return it. I was informed that all purchases were final and regardless of defect they would not exchange it. Of course they don't tell you that before you purchase anything. I will not support or recommend the business.

Bought a device from them about 3 weeks ago and after one day, it started getting very hot and I was worried about the safety. I took it to the store and the guy who works there told me not to worry about it since the battery itself wasn't getting hot. 2 weeks later, the same device stopped charging all together. I called SMOK directly and they told me it would take 4 months before I would get my replacement. They asked that I call the store I purchased it from. I called Status and the lady who answered the phone told me there was nothing that could be done and it's not their issue. This is horrible customer service and basically theft. I have told numerous people how great the staff was here, but after being told my problem is not theirs, I will take my business elsewhere. Buyer BEWEARE!

And I apologize that you lack the competence to understand basic customer service. I walked into your store and handed you money for a product. The product was defective right from the start and I was immediately forced to deal with the manufacture (less than 14 hours after purchase). Your staff showed zero care that I purchased a faulty device. Pawing your customers off on the manufacturer is the easy way out. I've had friends who purchased faulty devices from other shops and they were able to exchange them out with no hassle. It's easy to write a sarcastic response, but apparently hard to provide your clients with a fair and just return/exchange policy. And by the way, it's "you're".

Place is neat and very clean. Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection for vapes, juices, juul, cigars, cigarettes, glassware and much more. Highly recommend this place to anyone within the area. I live across town and gladly make the trip to this location because of said reasons.

I made a stop by this particular vape store wanting to upgrade from my vape pen to a fully-operational vape, and was immediately overwhelmed by how much there was to learn. Thankfully Jalen, the sales associate that helped me, knew exactly what I was looking for! He was more than happy to teach me the proper safety techniques when operating my new mech mod and now I’m chucking away..THANK YOU!!
