Went in and bought a new vape with my fiance. They didn't even make sure it worked and all so when we got into the car we tried charging it and came up battery error. We called the store and they said they couldn't do anything bc there was juice in the tank. And we never got to use the vape. I highly recommend if you shop here to make sure they check everything before you leave.

Went in with my girlfriend to get e-juice. My girlfriend was helped immediately and quickly. Me, on the other hand, I asked a question got a fair answer but then the person helping me just walked away back to the table they were sitting at. Mildly annoyed, my girlfriend and I just walked out.

I walk in, there are a few customers there but not many. I walk around checking things out for a minute then walk up to the counter. No one ever waited on me. They never said hello or I'll be with you on a minute....nothing. After about 6 or 7 minutes I left

I've bought several 80 - 100 dollar pieces here over the last year and they've all broken in amazing ways, they're glass is cheaply made and not at all worth it, I suggest you try smoke and mirrors in conover they have great deals and quality or ruptured moon even, at least they're gonna sell you a properly blown piece, wish I could give this place 0 stars

The manager there, Taylor doesn't know what coils go to which vapes. Sold me falcon coils when I needed falcon 2 and I told her falcon 2 coils. Kind of need to know you're way around coils if you're the manager. If you don't know coils I don't believe you should be a manager because could make up over half of daily sales.

Worst smoke shop in hickory don’t waste any of your time or money here. A few months ago I had to get a new juul because my other one had messed up on me, my boyfriend goes and gets me a new one and the first thing I notice is the clear stickers are gone, my juulbox has already been opened and tampered with. Flash forward a few weeks later this ones starts acting up so I go online to do the warranty but guess what? IT HAD ALREADY BEEN USED!! They’re ripping people off by using the warranty on juuls to get more! Purchase your juuls elsewhere people!!! This store will no longer receive my business!
