Great place and the employee knew what he was talking about. Kinda disappointed that one of my gummy purchases was completely stuck on the inner wrapper and the goodie wasn't as good as it should have been.

Hands down best smoke shop in Greenville, and competitive with the best shops in Eastern NC. Been going here since 2020 and from the wide variety of products to the neighborly workers, this is the only smoke shop I go to in Greenville. Locally, no one can beat their prices on almost any product they sell, and that diverse selection is backed up by knowledgeable staff ready to help you find the exact good you're looking for. Run by an incredibly amicable owner who is clearly passionate about his business, while remaining as professional as they come. 11/10 recommend

Bought screen protector for S 20 ultra, it fell off in one piece 2 days later. I went in with the screen protector, they would not replace it. They only offered me a 5.00 discount. They said they never have problems with with them coming off. I had it in my hand!

Horrible store they didn’t have what I needed , so I settled and got something that wasn’t even what I wanted . The device they sold me was broken and didn’t even work and they refused to do anything about it! Will never shop at this store ever again ! Took my business down the street to “tobacco and vape” in the strip mall by the Walmart on hwy 33/tenth street . It was a much smaller store but the staff was much friendlier and didn’t sell me a broke device and refuse to do anything about it ! Will never shop at 252 and will tell everyone I know about their poor customer service !

EDITED TO SAY... EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THE MANAGER WAS SUPER NICE AND EXPLAINED WHY THEY DO THAT. I WILL CONTINUE TO GO HERE FROM NOW ON AND SO YOU EVERYONE!!!!! I recently started vaping because I quit smoking. I went in to get an elf bar and literally they gave it to me not in a box no sealed bag nothing. I didn't know at the time that was wrong until I went somewhere else to get another one and it came in a box with a product authenticity scan code. It also was sealed in a bag. Inside the bag the bottom had a seal to remove and the tip had the plastic plug to take out. Needless to say from what I have been learning that is completely not ok?
