Came in to buy a few wraps…looked around as I was surprised to see a larger vape and tobacco store here in Greensboro…Was asked if I pocketed anything…….If that’s how employees are trained instead of paying attention and aware of customers in store this business won’t be around long.

Purchased a vape battery on a Monday, the battery stopped working on Wednesday. I went back to the shop to see if I could swap it out for a new one. The employee looked at the vape battery and told me that it wasn't her problem, and that she wasn't going to replace it. I calmly explained to her that I was a repeat customer, and that a business should do right by their customers. She gave me a blank look, and repeated that she would not be helping me. I sent an email to the customer service email address, and never received a response. I'll be taking my business to Glass City right around the corner.

I’ve been here a couple times now and I have to say the prices are very fair especially compared to gas stations and other convenience stores. Most vape shops in the area have tried to force products on me that I wasn’t interested in, that’s never been an issue here. I went in wanting to try something new and Natalie was a huge help! She has personally tried many of the items and she allowed me to test my products before I left. I highly recommend you shop here first!

I just bought a vape from the location on Gate City Blvd in Greensboro N.C, and had the best customer service experience. They are very knowledgeable an super helpful, but not aggressive. I definitely recommend them. I've officially found my new vape shop!

Worst Vapeshop to go to in Greensboro sells you defective products and wont replace "because it was not tested in store" which is not a known policy nor is there signs up stating that. Was a normal at this store Sad I will no longer be doing business with them. Dont go here high prices and bad customer service managers not even willing to talk to thier customer. better off going elsewhere for your smoke/Vape Products

This store is overpriced, the owner does NOT care for his employees!!! He had one girl in there (Lauryn) for 12 hours a day everyday MON-SUN for 4 months STRAIGHT before he hired a new employee definitely wasn’t paying her enough to where she could progress. She worked every single holiday including her birthday. She also was robbed broad daylight and then threatened hours later on the same day and the owner wouldn’t let her go home. THANK GOD SHE QUIT AND I WISH HER THE BEST. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
