I went in the store with a 2 year old and the guy turned me away from service all I wanted was a Vape and he said no kids was allowed like the toddler can actually smoke

Was my absolute favorite smoke shop. Spent a lot of money on shisha (more than $1k a year and most purchases were made with a non-expired ID). My license expired a few months ago, and they still continued to sell tobacco products to me when my ID was expired, and today, they all of a sudden decided that I could no longer do that... I totally understand the laws and regulations regarding this issue... do your employees? I thought it was illegal for businesses to sell tobacco products to people with expired ID'S...?They should be trained to prevent me from doing this. Instead they let me make purchases like this for months, and then subjectively change their minds whenever a different manager or employee is in the store... I will buy no more shsiha from you. Considering many DMV's are closed, isn't this an issue between this business and the state, not your business and customers?

Unexpectedly, the Customer's Driving License needs to be scan to be able the system accept the transaction. Its understandable to ask the Driving License to verify the age of the customer but scanning and storing a copy of it for just buying a Bamboo Fragrance Stick is not right.

By far the nicest shop I've seen thus far! The store is incredibly clean, and the associates are very helpful, and knowledgeable. Very welcoming store, making it more enjoyable for me to come in and shop. I always love going in there and finding new things!

Awesome layout great selection both employees were extremely patient with all our questions and wanting to see how different pieces worked and informative. They made it a point to rotate through the store to check on each indvidual customer. Will be a return customer

I understand by logic, that children are not allowed in this type of store, but don't lie to your new guest, the door do not have a sign that says "children are not allowed", I walk out with all the understanding, but then I checked... And I see how I got a lie for free as my first time, plus if you want business why have you not open a curbside or pick up.... Like we can show our id through a window or digital id? Good luck, I will come back for the product that I need I go next door idk,
