The associate working at 7:30pm on 2/11/2021 refused to process my debit card transaction because it was under the $3 minimum payment that they require for card use. I informed the associate that a debit card transaction is not the same as a credit card transaction and they are not supposed to charge a three dollar minimum according to the law. He then said well I’m refusing to process your transaction and rudely said that I have to leave even though I was in extremely nice and just giving him a little bit of information so the customer service in this place is horrible and I hope the owner or manager explains to him that he did break the law. Therefore I will be calling the Better Business Bureau!

I’ve been sold two broken vapes from tobacco land, I didn’t get a refund or a new disposable. Both of the disposables were burnt out the moment I hit them and I was told “ All I can do is a discount on a new disposable “, after I’ve already spent my money on a broken disposable JUST the day before.
