I've been to this location several times and have always had an amazing experience with the staff and the product. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about every single one of the products. Nice looking shop but unknowledgeable staff. Guy behind the counter argued against me buying smok brand atomizers because he saw me using an aegis brand mod, didn't believe me that I was using smok coils when I told him and didn't concede that I was actually using smok coils until he looked himself. He talked me into buying aegis brand coils that do not fit my tank (which is the default tank that came with my aegis kit). He was nice but he clearly does not know enough to correct a customer.
I would have called to see if I could get a replacement but after 3 calls, no pickups, and no memory allowed for a voice-mail I'm out of options. I will visit a competitor instead.

I like the fact they carry a very hard to find juice and even special order it for me. They make good on products. Knowledgable fair pricing. I find usually since thete are 3 adults vaping in my household that i usually have to shop at more than one store . this is one of my favorites.

This used to be my favorite smoke shop near me. I usually come in for disposables, delta 8 products and glass pieces with little to no disappointment, but lately I’ve been getting a lot of dud disposables.. now I understand the duds are the manufactures fault, and because of this I hit my disposable in the store before leaving like they recommend, the problem with this is that most duds I’ve received spontaneously stop working after a few hours when usually the Loy disposables last me nearly 2 weeks.. anyway when this first started happening to me I’d go back in, tell them the issue and then I’d get a new disposable to compensate. Well now with one of the two guys that usually run the place, he won’t compensate for anything. I’m a little confused on the return/damaged item policy and why that differs between the two men I usually encounter behind the counter. Whatever the policy is I can respect it but I do think people should be compensated for completely dud products.

I came in and was greeted very kindly by an employee said his name was Sammy he helped me pick out a new hookah and shisha that I absolutely love. Ask for Sam when you are they’re they are the best. Got my new favorite shisha (Al Fakher Blueberry with mint)
