I recently visited high life on university and Brittany and Anna were a GTEAT HELP like literally helped me when no other smoke shop would. I honestly think they deserve a raise and and a employee of the year award!!! Someone please take this in consideration.

I normally don't have any issues with the university area high life. However, I went in on Friday and bought a vaporizer battery and the guy told me I had a week to bring it back if it messed up at no fault of my own, such as anything mechanical going wrong. Well this morning, my husband tells me that it won't work now when it worked fine last night (the red light won't turn off and the button is sticking already). I call high life today telling them about this issue, reminding them the guy told me 7 days.. but now the lady is saying that if I don't bring it TODAY (day 4) then I'm gonna have to take the loss. When I told her I had to work at 4, she basically told me oh well. I live an hour away from this place
.. I will not shop here again, they don't stand by their word or their products for that matter.

This is my favorite shop! They always have a wide selection of all the cool new stuff that's out and their staff makes you feel like High Life family. My most recent purchase was a Wulf Mod Vaporizer, I wasn't sure which vaporizer I wanted when I went in there, but they helped me find the best possible product within my budget (there was a wide selection), I couldn't be happier to have found this shop!!!!
