bought a vape there and they no longer sell the coil’s anywhere. they still continue to sell the vape despite no coils

I just moved from NY and needed to find a nice local spot to buy from instead of shopping online. I'm not sure who owns the place but the dreaded employee is unnecessarily rude. I bought a tank that immediately leaked and couldn't be recognized by any mods. It was on sale for $11. Within an hour I brought it back knowing that all sales are final. I intended to just buy a new tank and asked for help picking out one that would be better quality. My query was met with attitude and indifference. No one had any idea of the products they sold. At that point I had lost all faith in the place and quietly left. I took my money to Smoke Rings a few doors down.

TL/DR: employees aren't knowledgeable AT ALL. The manager is rude for no reason. If you're looking for a quality vape shop please go somewhere else.

Jacob helped me out a lot, was very patient and introduced me to a new product that I ended up enjoying a lot. He also clued me in on student discounts being a thing. The whole crew is great though!

Would not exchange remaining pods after I saw that the first one was faulty (the way vape products sometimes are).

There are stores in the area that will exchange products they sell that are broken out of the box. If it was Cloud Vapes on Rosemary, I'd happily have my pods exchanged--and if they carried my model, I would buy my pods there.

Only come here if you have to.

Visited the shop to purchase a flower vaporizer and was told I could return it if it were defective or if I had problems. $89.99 spent and there was indeed a problem in that the vap would not hold a charge. Clerk admitted to manager on the phone that he had, in fact, told me I could return it - despite what the receipt reads: "no returns, refunds or exchanges". I will continue to complain!!

This is my place. I didn’t even know what I was looking for. Just wanted to try something different. The manager guy Justin was super sweet and patient. They will definitely see me again.
