Have stopped here many times. Usually great service. Today the cigars I was buying were marked wrong by about 2$ each. He verified that they were priced lower on the self but tore the tag down and charged me the higher price anyway. I will think twice before returning.

I stopped here once because I was picking up food from Jersey Mike's. Since then, this has become the only tobacco place I go to. The people who work there are fun, hilarious, and nice. The prices are great. I come here almost every day. I don't understand the negative reviews on here. These people have been nothing but great to me, even special ordering cigars because I requested them.

So I had been buying juice from here and that was ok pretty pricey but convenient. Then I bought a vape last night filled it with juice the juice just leaked out of it and it burnt up 2 coils and went back today to try to exchange it and he sees(the owner) that it is defective he says all sales are final. When I left I realized this had happened to me before here and I said then I would not return but forgot about it eventually.Moral of the story I would not shop here.

I love this store it's convenient and easy to get in and out sometimes you can't park directly in front of the store but there's so many other Parking places around all sides that it's still the easiest one in Boone to get too and the workers are awesome they always greet you with a smile!!!

Hype or Hate
VAPE DIED IN LESS THAN 2 DAYS! I have been shopping here for years and they seemed fine. Bought a few vapes. Now I get one that died in less than 2 days and they told me 'not their problem'. I contacted the vape company and they said 'the shop should exchange it for me as it could have been a bad one.' So I am basically screwed because the shop refuses to do what is right. DON'T GO HERE! I hope they try and make this right but I am telling everyone about this, if they wont. SHAME ON YOU!
