Love this store. Always friendly and approachable. One tiny complaint is they never seem to open on time. But it's definitely worth the wait. ❤
Unfortunately I recently had a surprisingly awful experience. I went w my sister to try and exchange a product that was CLEARLY defective. The gentleman at the counter treated us extremely rudely as if we were trying to "scam" him. Which wouldn't be a great scam, and if you pay $70 for a product you expect it to work as advertised and if not, at least I expect the store (a store I regularly spend my hard earned money AND have sent dozens and dozens of people with high recommendations) to make it right. But instead, he got belligerent and when I asked point blank "Are you going g to make this right, or not?" He said absolutely not and both me and my sister were now banned from the store.
Having to update my original review saddens me greatly because I really did love this store and had many, many positive interactions before this last one. But I suppose I will get to know the other similar stores and hope for a better experience.
It's really a shame because in one fell swoop they turned a loyal, regular into a hurt consumer looking for another store to support.

Went here on a recommendation from a coworker. It's a smoke shop, not vape like I was looking for.
Couple things: to my knowledge, NY State law states you need to sell the nicotine separate from the juice, they do not do that. Second: the juice I bought yesterday (1/15/23) was expired. I didn't catch the expiration date because they seemed eager to get me in and out, but it expired 7/22.
I'm not really sure what else to tell ya, expired product makes me concerned for the rest of whatever they're selling.

This place is really good when they are actually open. This is the third time nobody has been anywhere around to open the store, it’s 10:30 I’ve been sitting here since 10 when they were supposed to open. They pulled in twice and left without getting out of the car or opening their store. It’s not just me sitting here waiting there’s about four other people waiting and some people have left y’all are going to lose a lot of business if you can’t open your store on time!

Never open at the hours they say. Door says 10am to 10pm, multiple times we've gone after at least 11am and before 10pm, sometimes before 9 and they are closed.

Kid overcharged my gf. 10$ for a couple screen filters my a**. They list they’re supplier on the receipt for they’re phone number that sells it to them for 1$

I absolutely fell in love with this place and everything inside! Great prices and pieces, they offer student and military discounts. Helpful, kind and attentive staff in a clean and welcoming environment, cannot suggest stopping here enough!

They don’t follow there store hours. Nothing is worse then driving 16 miles at 9pm because the website says open until 10pm. Just for them to be closed. Don’t recommend

Advertised as a vape shop, no vape juice and very limited selection of vape related products. Dude behind the counter had his AirPods in and was on a personal call. I waited a few minutes to ask a question and eventually walked out. More like nightmare smoke shop.. ha haaaa- ok I’ll see myself out.
