This headshop knows what they are doing. Excellent customer service and they deal with people on a personal level to ensure that the trust is there. Would definitely purchase glass from Cupboard again.

I'm new to this location, and in all fairness I have been to other stores but this establishment is by far the best. Lots of quality items to choose from. All questions are answered in depth so you feel confident. If they offered memberships I'd get one. 😂

dead the best smoke shop around, I wouldn’t go to any other. He is insanely nice and super fun to just talk to because he’s so easy going and so so helpful :) their prices are amazing and their pieces and other merch are quality and super cool. This place has everything you could need and you walk out excited to use what you got every single time. Amazing energy in this place n fr wouldn’t go anywhere else
Just make sure to hit the ATM first!! even if u forget u can just cross the street and use the one at 7/11

Bad experience, Poor service, dishonesty and sketchy products. I called inquiring about a specific product that they carried. I asked if they would price match it with an online competitor. I named the website, the price, and mentioned that I would be traveling from far away so that I would be able to buy it in person rather than ordering it. When I got there Siri way rather abrupt and unhelpful. He was also the one I spoke to on the phone. I showed him the price from the competitor’s website and he started to try and get me to pay more than we had agreed on. I made me wait about 20 more minutes while he got in touch with his boss just to raise the price even more. While I was waiting I noticed the poor standards of the shop as well as fake (counterfeit) products. You’re better off shopping on a reputable website or at any other bodega. Poor experience. The atmosphere was nice though.

1st sharpstone from then threads gone 2nd the screen feel out got the raw life from them it broke why can’t I get good grinders from here? Don’t shop here if your looking for those accessories waste of time you’ll be rushed out and spend more then anticipated edit realized got overcharged 45 never go here avoid avoid you can tell they make mad profit the owner that bougie truck he owns proves it
