Stag Tobacconist is a local gem. You don't have to be a tobacco afcianado to discover something unusual and amazing. My last visit, it was Santa Fe Mill's all natural hand-milled soaps. What a find! I think there's over 20 varieties, and my new-found goal is to try them all. (Buy four bars and the fifth is free!)
The customer service is always great, and the place has the feel of a neighborhood hang-out. I highly recommend them.

The selection was great, the owners were very knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to help me. To make things even better they have the same names as my dad and stepdad! Great revitalization of a classic tobacco shop. New owner brought in lots of new products (grooming, chocolates, e-cigarettes etc) but managed to keep good selection of pipes and pipe tobacco. Nice store will visit again when back in Santa-Fe.

I am a smoker and while I was interested in vaping to help me quit smoking, the typical vape shop (head shop) environment wasn't appealing to me. I went in Stag just to look around and was pleasantly surprised to find an inviting relaxing atmosphere. This store has an extensive line of vaping equipment and liquids as well as high end board games, hats, canes, gourmet chocolates, and of course a large selection of cigars. Mike, (I think the owner) helped me select a vape device and vape liquid to suite my needs. I was impressed with his knowledge. I am visiting Santa Fe, however he informed me I can have my liquids mailed to me from the store with just a phone call!!

Very Enjoyable!
Though I don't particularly smoke that often, mostly in times of high stress, I visited Stag with a friend of mine on Saturday, at around 3 in the afternoon, and found the store to be one of the best experiences I've had shopping in a while. My friend, who is a seasoned cigar man, picked out a few choice stogies and we spent the latter half of the afternoon playing checkers and having a relaxing time! Will I go back to Stag Tobacconist? Yes!
