I needed to write something here bc the staff at this store are absolute rockstars! I work w a girl who is very anxious, especially in smaller stores, but every time we leave Smokers Haven West she's beaming from ear to ear.
We both adore Jeff, Haleigh, and Jaiden, and they know so much! Haleigh and Jaiden have both taken the time to explain to her what different products do and how theyre used, going so far as to let her Google things on her phone and go over it with her with genuine care.
Jeff, meanwhile, knows literally everything and will run all over the store pulling out different devices and juices and coils she's interested in, all while treating her with the kindness and respect she deserves.
If youre in Manch and need to hit a smoke shop, its definitely worth it to head over to the west side and see these fine folks.

Went in to check out vaping equipment, met with a wonderful girl who explained everything very well. Knowledgeable and nice. Great experience. I wish I could remember the girls name to give her proper credit.

Was my go to, will not be going anymore since for some reason they cannot stay open until 10PM. Why not change your hours to closing at 9:50PM since I’ve tried going three different nights after getting out work and every time they are already closed with the open sign light off.
Do all of them suck or is it just this one regarding closing time? What’s the purpose of closing early when you have set hours? The girl even looked at me in my car and completely ignored me. I’ll buy my products online if your employees can’t stick with the hours posted on your building. So unprofessional. I mean 1-3 mins early is fine by a full ten minutes? NAHHH I’LL GO ELSEWHERE
