This Smokers Haven location has THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced in a smoke shop. They have three competitors in Derry. You think they’d take a little more time and effort to help their clueless customers instead of having an attitude problem. Will definitely be sticking with Derry Smoke Shop or Happy Hippy from now on. Great selection here but horrible employees.

They have a big selection, but the person at the counter took my pen and wiped their bandaid covered finger all over the mouth piece, so now I get to go somewhere else and buy a new tank

I'm not a smoker but I have family that vape. The stores near them were closed during most of the pandemic so I'd stop here for them. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the prices are good. Plus the glassware is absolutely beautiful and very reasonably priced.

Worse place I’ve ever been to. I’m on my 2nd battery that has stopped working after it’s been 7 days, this one literally fell apart while charging for the second time only. I will never buy anything from this company, all they said was I will sell you a new. Never go to this place!!!!!!
Unfortunately I do not use my device very often one week was not enough time to see the errors. This is my second device of a different brand. I talked with a manger and all they said was if it’s not within 7 days they can’t do anything. Pretty sad I’ve got sold two faulty batteries and I get blamed for breaking it in my pocket. I will never be back I hope no one else comes in either
