As a local business owner myself I have to say, the owner here knows his stuff. From products, to current legislative battles in the industry.
Tonight I was blown away by just how dedicated he is to this business. Keep in mind I have only been in about 4 times. I shop at the raleys next door a couple times weekly, and eat at restaurants in the parking lot. Every time I go into the shopping center I see people in and out of his store, and somehow he remembered every bottle of juice he has sold me, and was able to reccomend others based on the flavors he knows I enjoy. After trying numerous other shops(should've went here first) to find a cool for my tank I loved he was the only guy who had any. When my tank broke, he referred me to another awesome tank.He truly stretches himself as far as he can to know his customers. I'm glad I moved into this neighborhood and decided to come in. Keep up the killer work man. Thanks for giving reno and sparks the better alternative to smoking. And thanks for running such a nice, clean, and well stocked business. I work right next to another vape shop in town, and will always drive the extra mile after work to come in here instead.

They are dedicated to there customers and assure each person leaves the shop with the knowledge or product they need. There is not a better shop in Reno, or a friendlier staff.

Pyramidvape is the best place to go to for new juices and they are really funny people and nice they and they will hook you up with a Lotta good things I love going they’re to get my favorite juice and mods and if they don’t have what you looking for they will try and get it in for you and they are really welcoming!

This vape shop is no longer off of los altos pkwy....they moved to a new location in the shopping center on the corner of Pyramid and N.McCarran Blvd next to Bully's smokin lounge. One of the nicest shops in town by far and a huge selection of high quality modz and e liquids. Great customer service and conveniently located for the sparks residents and spanish springs community
