The employee was very nice helped me look at a multitude of mods and sets. .. searched for coils for my oldest tank, also looked for pods to fit my pocket vape.. no luck. But he was very nice. I'm sure I drove him crazy for a bit. I'll go back with better info on my set ups so he can be of more help to me. In fact each time I have been there, every employee was very nice.

I come from South Reno all the way to this store for juice and coils because not only are the prices good, but the employees are outstanding! The boy with the piercings is always a great help and pleasant to talk with! He even goes the extra mile with helping me select my juice. Went in for one thing and came out with a bunch of stuff. Probably spent over 200 bucks in there! Totally worth it!! Highly recommend.

The absolute worst vape shop in reno sparks. No prices on half the products and I got ripped off on something I bought. Check anything in a box to see if it is taped up because it may have had product taken out.. Better yet dont go here. All sales are final and you WILL be ripped off.

Terrible! Called ahead to see if they had the mod that I wanted. They said that they did, so I went down and picked it up. I left the place and then I found out it was the wrong mod. I call to see if I could return it less than five minutes later and they told me that I was not able to return it because their machine doesn't refund money to a credit card. I asked if they would be willing to do cash seeing as I bought it less than 5 minutes ago and have not used it. I asked for a Smok G-Priv 2 and got a Smok G-Priv. Totally got ripped off on a mod that cost $50 online (G-Priv) They were asking 150 I asked if they would do 130 ( thinking it was a G-Priv 2 which goes for 80-100 online, I'm okay with mark ups!) But not when their outdated G-Priv exceeds the price of a new and better mod. They had a No Returns posted on the counter. However legal that makes it, does not make it right.

I give it a 5 the older guy shaved face is awesome help freakin great guy. The young dark skin guy with all facial hair is a dummy and knows nothing give s me wrong stuff all the time only gets it for the first he made up for the other ones lack of any knowledge

Sold me wrong product. (Way over priced) Acted as though I was in the wrong. Attempted return ALL SALES FINAL.... What a rip off. Will not buy from again. Sorry business with an attitude.

This place list that it's open till ten but will close multiple days before ten leaving me to drive all the way to the establishment just to be met with the unsatisfying look of a closed vape shop. Its 9 PM and you guys say you close at 10. This is the third time I've gotten off of work and you guys couldnt stay consistent with your hours. Sorry not sorry.
