Sam's Vapes Smokes & Cigars

Amazing shop and owner. Sam is the absolute best. He gives my daughter a candy bar every time we come in which is just one of countless reasons why I drive past about 10 other vape shops that are closer to my house on my way to Sams Vapes. I will never get my vapor or supplies from any other place. Wherever you live in town its worth the extra few miles to make this your only place to go for vapor.

The shop was well kept (clean with most things in stock). Though it’s a bit out of the way, the way you’re treated once you walk in is unparalleled.
I think it was ACTUALLY Sam of Sam’s Vapes that we spoke to!! Either way he was jolly and very attentive. We went in with just the base knowledge ( wanting a starter kit ) and he explained different models and options with a knowledgeable but personal touch. He wasn’t too pushy with his own opinions, taking into account how much she smokes a day, battery life, juice vs salt convenience and a whole lot of other things.
He offered discounts without being pushed and truly seemed passionate about getting people to stop smoking and transition into vape.

This goes without saying but I really appreciate that he took the time to explain things to my mother instead of just talking directly to me - making sure that she understood what she was getting into and the different types of hits. It sounds like a no brainer but my mother looks foreign and though her English is immaculate she is a soft spoken woman where as I’m a tried and true extrovert and I make my presence known - with a combo like that even Apple employees have explained her computer issues while looking unwaveringly at me and not their actual costumer.

Long story short, this has been a wonderful experience and I’m glad to have driven us a bit out of the way for that loving touch instead of just settling for something close by.

Wow! Spectacular customer service. The gentleman was very helpful and allowed us to sample many vape flavors. He guided us to the perfect vape for our needs. Prices are very reasonable. I am very happy we visited this shop.

I haven't even been to the shop,. Tried to stop by on a Sunday. But, a couple weeks ago I sold a guy a new Smok procolor kit, and he didn't know kits don't come with batteries. I called around town to get prices to help the guy out. Sam's has the best prices by far. Came here today to get a couple LG browns for myself, and they're closed. Bummer. But still, nice and helpful on the phone, and the guy I sold to told me they were awesome to him.

I’m driving through from Utah and was looking for a shop to grab more juice along the highway. I’m glad I took the extra few minutes for this one. The owner is an outgoing easy to talk to guy and had what I needed. He’s got a little bit of everything. It’s a small shop but I’m going to be making an effort to come through here on my frequent trips through Vegas.

Amazing customer service. Very friendly, informative, and helpful. The prices are great too, they always try to get you the best prices and deals. Their shop isn't awkward or uncomfortable like lots of other vape shops, they will make you feel welcome and comfortable immediately.

Went to Sam's vape shop after visiting a smoke shop and about to pay ridiculous prices. Came in to Sam's and he immediately helped me out, told me about my mod and tank setup (which wasn't very good) so I switched it up. Sam does not up sell and does not try to get you to spend all your money. Overall, I had the best customer service I have had from anywhere in a long time. Sam is the only one who works there, so you will be dealing with him. Also, they open an hour earlier than all the other vape shops.

Needed a particular battery for my friends vape device. Sam not only had a few types, he actually improved his vape device issues
Smart! Also needed cigs, which he had at a reasonable price as well as alternative herbal smoking devices. Everything smoking you need. Well don Sam.

Sam is really knowledgeable, and really seems to care about his customers. He gives good deals on the fly and it's nice going to a shop and dealing with the actual owner than some dumb kids working part-time. Also still a smoke shop so if you want a cigar, bong, hookah, snacks or a knife you don't have to go somewhere else. 10/10 try the wanderlust.
