I drive all the way from omaha because I like the Escobar. I had accidently taken one in to the hot tub last week same day I bought it. I had came in the following week hoping they would exchange it out, they declined. Today I had an issue with one that quit working after one day and hoping again they would fix the issue as I am a weekly costumer. Again they declined saying they could not help me claiming it was the hot tub one, when I explained to the guy I had never tried the peach flavor and that's the one it had been. Very unhappy with how they handled it extremely unprofessional about how they handled it and refused to give me contact information for the owner. Basically told me they didn't care if I returned. I hope nobody else has a similar experience, I won't be coming back and ill be sure to share my experience with other's. Clearly no way to run a business.

The better of the two vape shops in town by far. Much friendlier staff than Alohmas. Bought some Directors Cut juice that someone recommended to me there and I’m loving it so far! Huge selection of juice there. A lot more variety than a lot of the shops I got to in Omaha.

Jake was excellent! He took care of us like it was his life long goal! He introduced us to these off brand juul pods called airbender and they are amazing!! We noticed the price was for them was on sale so after we bought one pack, we decided we would by the other two for such the great deal! Shout out to Jake for helping us with this and will be looking forward to more business with you guys! I've been coming here for a while. About once a week spending $50 plus dollars a visit. Usually a great visit. However this last time I went, I bought a pod AIO kit. When I bought it, the box said it came with 2 pods. It had the one but not the second. I brought this to their attention so they checked all the boxes in store. All the boxes had a sticker on them saying it came with 2 pods, however none of them had the second pod in them including the one I bought. So I asked if i was going to receive my second pod and they said they can not honor that because it was a miss print and it would mess up inventory.
I will not be buying anymore vaping devices from this place again, and I highly recommend you check the box of the product you buy before leaving the store!
