Super cool experience…. Got there (at 7pm) to have the kid working put a sign up saying “taking trash out, or using potty. BRB” All to walk out the front door with no trash in hand, with his girlfriend that just pulled up when I got here…. I’m sure the owners of this place would be stoked to hear that their workers just lock the store up when they want and leave with their girlfriends. Lol

Another penny pinching business that wants to use a whole different card for the remaining 24 cents of the transaction to make sure they get every penny even at the cost of losing a customer. Wow do I miss the old days.
I recommend "piece of mind" shop for friendly service that makes sense!

There are only two juices I ever buy but they havent been ordering them in even though the cashier marks them to be out.

But i live across town and have had to start calling instead of showing up to see if they have what I buy in stock to save gas

Pretty small store with limited selection. Customer service was blah. Anything you want from this store you can get online for cheaper. Need to update the entire place and Hire some employees who connect with the customers better.

Terrible customer service from management. The kids that work in there are super friendly and do a great job. However the management is lacking. I bought a defective product (stopped working within 2 weeks of use). I went in and was told no refunds on products, so I requested a call from the store manager. I even left the defective product and receipt at the store with them. 2 weeks later, heard nothing back at all. I am still waiting to hear back from warranty department for a replacement. Probably will never see that $80 again. Take care of your customers better than this.

My favorite shop in town!! I am super new to vaping and I feel like I waited far too long to shop here and am so thankful I found somewhere where the staff is patient with people that are new to vaping and need even the most basic concepts broken down for them. I definitely won't be shopping anywhere else!
