Great store with lots of options. Happy they got some new things going on with employees. Last few months things were rocky when showing up if anyone was there. Happy to see it thrive, my go to store !

I was having issues with my tank and went to another shop in town to troubleshoot it and was treated very rudely.
So I went to The Vape Shop where they listened to me and helped me solve my problem.
This will always be my shop of choice.... they seem to want my money.

I was told by another customer they had a 30 day return policy. Apparently they don't even have a 24 hour return policy anymore. Workers must get approval from "corporate" before any returns are performed. After 2 cracked pods in a brand new vape in less than 24 hours, I requested an exchange for a different style of vape. "Corporate" rejected my request. I want to emphasize that I was an unhappy customer who was sold junk in this store, I gave them the chance to make me a happy customer, and they refused to make sure I was a happy customer. Bad form. Don't shop there. Even online stores take better care of their customers. Extremely unhappy.

Came in just for juice and started chatting with Tyler. He went above and beyond to help me with an issue with my tank I had told him I was having. He definitely did not need to put in as much effort as he did. This is best customer service I have ever received any where. So friendly and kind. I definitely won't be going anywhere else from now on. The vape shop just gained a regular. I would definitely recommend this store if you want some one to explain things to you and be real instead of forcing a sale.

These guys are awesome. I started going to them because my work is a few blocks away. Decent prices and a knowledgeable staff that are more than happy to answer questions and make suggestions without giving you a "hard sell".
Any time you buy from a local vape shop you pay more but these guys are more than reasonable. You pay for the convenience and to support not only a local business but your local vape community.
So far 4 months completely smoke free and I plan to stay that way thanks to the vape shop and other local stores.
