I purchased several items. The next day, I flew out of state not to return for 3 weeks. A $10 vape battery and charger would not work/ defective. I had spent $38. So I called the next morning, The guy remembered me, he assured me I could exchange it upon my return.
Today, I went to the store expecting to exchange the defective product. It was not the same people working. I told them what had happened. I said that I had already replaced that item, but that I would be ok spending more money and would buy another larger vape and coils.
First, they attempted to tell me that I was lying and that they do not sell that model. They said this to me WHILE I was pulling up the statement on my phone.
I, of course, verified that the purchase had been made. They talked quietly amongst themselves for at least 20 minutes. Then he told me that I'm lucky they were doing it and that they would need a $2 re-stocking fee. (on the $9.80)
I still had all original packaging Undamaged, and they could clearly see the item was defective.
I asked them to please contact their employees, knowing they would eventually find the man who assured me my transaction was safe. I said I could wait. He refused this offer.
Eventually, I asked for the item back and said I would report It with my credit card instead. And that I could take my business elsewhere. I have been in a lot of vape shops all over the city, This was by far the worst customer service I have seen in a very long time.
I recommend the shop just down the road, They have always been respectful, And honor their products.

Smoke depot is great I’ve been shopping there for a long time and they have always looked out for me even when I had a vape that wasn’t charging I brought it to the store and they didn’t let me leave until the problem was resolved I really like the guys up there the service is great
