Best shop in St. Joe, the customer service is better than any other store of any kind. Simply driving by makes me want to stop in, just so I can once again see what customer service is supposed to be like. I have gone through many mods, and many juices, and all staff has ALWAYS been knowledgeable about their products.

Won't stand behind their product! Literally bought a $75 IJoy Diamond and one hour later asked if I could return it as it is defective. Was told nothing they can do and I'm stuck with it.

I've been going here for YEARS and have always had great service until the other day. The guy was beyond rude to me and tried to make me feel stupid when in reality he didnt know what he was talking about. I didnt get his name but he looked like a biker. I'm super disappointed to say I will never come back as long as he is working here. I've also heard from many of my friends that have been going here for a long time say the same thing about the guy. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And after seeing multiple reviews about this guy and how rude he is I'm beginning to wonder how he is still employed? Your losing business over ONE jackass

Days “AKA G MONEY” End
Best customer service ever. I ended up getting a bad batch of coils well what we thought were bad batch of coils on my Cletus Tank. They gladly swapped two atomizers out. They saw that I had a problem with my tank but after three visits got it taken care of. No one else could fix the problem which turned out to be air flow completely backwards from what we expected. But the point of the story is after multiple visits they were still nice as ever. Not one ounce of frustration and got my problem taken care of. I will not shop anywhere else. Thank you Muse
