First let me say that the two young men that were working when i purchased the faulty device were most kind and helpful. Unfortunately that is all I can say positive about my experience with this Osage Beach Vape shop. I purchased a disposable vape. It worked for almost 3 hours. When I called about it this morning the young man I spoke with was rude to the point of being hateful. I called and spoke to one of the helpful young men from last evening just a few minutes ago to be told that they do not stand behind the products they sell. Personally I will never shop in there again, and will not recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a Vape device. I was told that "most" vape shops don't take returns or issue refunds. That is where he's wrong. The Vape shop i do business with at home believes in customer service. Unfortunately Euphoria Vape Shop of Osage Beach, Missouri does not.

This morning after church we went by Euphoria Vape shop. One of the young men that were so helpful friday evening. His name is Alex by the way....took care of replacing the defective vape for me. Thank you so much Alex!! Also thank you to the owner of the vape shop for your help. Needless to say my opinion of this vape shop has been changed by the prompt and courteous service provided. In the future I will be more than happy to return for any future vaping needs!!
