STL Tobacco & Vape

This is a good shop. They have a nice selection of devices and juices-better than most shops I have been to. They don’t have a sign so it’s a little hard to find but it’s connected to this hardware store. My favorite juice is the Bad Drip Butter ecig juice. I vape a 6 milligram and that’s what I get every 3 weeks when I come in. This last time though, they had new packaging. I asked the associate for my usual bad drip butter in 6 milligram but he handed me a 0 milligram by accident. I understand mistakes happen but once you open the juice they won’t let you return or exchange it. I should have checked it before paying but I didn’t. After I used the juice I noticed there was not any nicotine in it. I was able to get in contact with I assume the manager and asked if I could have it swapped out for a 6. He said he could work it out and told me to come in after 5 the next day. So I did that and he wasn’t there but the associate that sold me the 0 mg was and I explained to him the situation. He got the manager on the phone and gave it to me. He was talking about putting a 6 mg in my juice, I had no idea what he was talking about so I was really frustrated at that point and just left the 0 mg on the counter and picked up the 6mg and walked out, turned around, walked back in and waited for the manager to get there. He arrived a minute later (I few minutes after 5pm, I got there 20 minutes before 5pm because I was already near there and I live 15 min away) and he pulled a packet from behind the counter that had these little tubes inside. He proceeded to open them and pour them into my juice. I have never seen those before so I asked what they were and he said their bottles of nicotine that he was putting into my juice to turn it into a 6 mg. I wish he had just told me about that product when we spoke the day before so I could have just went in and got it myself instead of having to wait 24 hours and avoided all the confusion. I really hope these shops will start to hire women. I have never seen 1 woman in any shop that I have been to in 8 years of vaping and most of the workers at these shops are very young men that do not pay attention to their customers much at all and do not seem very knowledgeable about the products. This is not the first time I have received trouble from a vape shop but atleast for the first time one of the associates offered a solution.

Don't buy vapes from here they leak everytime because they've been sitting g on the shelf for years because they are so overpriced.

This place is freaking awesome. The dude that works there is friendly and knowledgeable. Hella varieties on everything. I'm a customer for life. Anyone reading this, I'm telling you. Stop by and check it out. By some stuff. I always do. I always will.

Recently when I buy a disposable vape from this shop it has a defect. Whether it’s the burnt flavor, dead battery, leaking out of the sides, or simply doesn’t work - something is wrong.

I’ve been a loyal customer to Habibi for a while. It just sucks to have this happen because it gives me the incentive to go to other vape marts.

Love the place and the atmosphere! Shout out to Moe and their staff. 10/10

NEVER open on time.. multiple instances where they don’t open up till hours after the open time.. I love the products but I can’t even purchase them.

Cheap place bought a Hyde vape and all I smoke is Hyde lush ice, was burnt and they wouldn't swap it out for a new one told me I had to buy another one! What a joke any other vape shop I've been to have swapped them out and all of them make me try it before I leave! Bad customer service very disappointed one vap was $20 and burnt and the want me to buy another one instead of swap it out!

Best store for disposables, I've been shopping there for almost 6 years and I am extremely happy with the customer service, and prices. Would recommend this store to anybody looking to buy anything revolving around smoking.

Went and got a blueberry ice Lux bar and the second I hit it, it tasted terrible. I went back in to see if I could exchange it because I clearly had a dud or something and they wouldn’t exchange it or anything kind of annoying to waste 15$ just to immediately throw a vape out.

This store is amazing. They have a huge variety of juices and vapes to choose from as well as CBD and Kratom. I went in recently for a bottle of my usual flavored juice but they were out so I ended up buying a few that I never used before and they were all delicious. Moe was very knowledgeable and helped with some suggestion with Kratom products to help my issues with insomnia and joint pain. I won’t go anywhere else. They’re also very reasonably priced.
