Prices are reasonable and they stay open later than all the other vape stores in town (10pm). They also offer a military/veteran discount which is awesome. That had exactly what I wanted and where very nice and knowledgeable.

Bought 2 disposables went to the car to try them out they both were leaking in the package then leaked when I hit them went back in only after 3 minutes to try and get a refund or discount or something and the lady was very rude and said there was nothing she could do. Won’t be shopping there ever again.

Man let me you tell ya'll about this place! It's absolutely amazing! Great selection, they literally have everything you could ever want out of a tabacco/vape shop. The reason why I love this place so much (other than a great assortment of literally everything) is the customer service. I've never had a bad experience with any of the employees or the owner. They treat me like family, I always get the biggest smile and warm welcome from every one of them as soon as I walk in the door. They make my day. FANTASTIC JOB, ladies! Ya'll are my favorites! I come by 3 or 4 times a month to buy juice and coils. Everybody is always friendly and pretty knowledgeable when it comes to recommending liquids based off the flavors you tell them you like, and coils. Will always come here for vape supplies.

I did experience great customer service from most of the girls that work there but the owner is nothing more than a woman who doesnt have to pay taxes to own a store here and is robbing people. There is a Wonderful vape shop on N gloster that is Real and wont try to get you to buy things you don't need and they will help you any way possible, very friendly, try them. In my situation I bought a vape from them this past Saturday night around 730pm amd last night it just quit charging. So i go in today to let them know that and the worker was willing to try different things to fix it but she asked the owner so then she came out and if you do happen to go here, which I've warned you about they have a 7 day return policy. Well its been 5 days and she said i was a "waste of their time" and not to come back!!!! Simply didnt care and THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR POLICY. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Try Vaporwize

The only vape shop I used in Tupelo. Pretty much a one stop shop for your vaping needs. However, since Jess is no longer there I started buying everything online. I went in about two weeks ago while I was in town to get a couple of coils and two batteries. I now live in Louisiana and I made a quick run in to get my items and got back to where I was staying only to realize I was given two different batteries. I went back the next day as I was leaving out to get the correct battery. It was a slight inconvenience as it was out of my way but I got what I needed quickly and the guy was very nice. ✌
