Bought a Cookies vape pen for $53. Noticed that new out of the box it wouldn’t charge a few hours later. Took it back for an exchange unused, with receipt in hand, thinking no big deal sometimes you get a bad product. How wrong I was. Employee refused to exchange for a working product, since she wasn’t the employee that sold it. I should come back in an hour when he is in. The employee who sold it basically told me to go pound sand. He stated they don’t exchange anything, it’s yours once it leaves the door.

A friend of mine had an awful experience and when she tries to call to speak to the manager the guy Matt wants to be a jerk and won’t let her!!!! Screams GUILTY of what she wants answers to!!!! If you’re the manager and you see this I hope you’ll respond!
Edit: 5 stars because my friend finally went in on a day the manager and Matt BOTH were there and as Matt cussed her and denied what the cameras revealed the manager handled the situation very well & did right by her as a customer! Very nice man & hopefully Matt learned his lesson.
