Push aside the fact that the shop is clean and the layout shopper friendly, what is most impressive is the knowledgeable and courteous staff. I don't know who operates Capital City Vapes, but they could teach a master class on customer service. I highly recommend this shop.

I have to say that I have been to just about every vape shop in the tri-county area, and I have not found anyone who is as customer oriented as the great people at Capitol City Vapes. Went in a while back and spoke with Trey, he helped me find a mod and a juice flavor I absolutely love. Came back in after a few months, and he made it his priority to ask me how I liked everything. Considering how many people he must see every day, it shows real dedication to his craft.
