Just found out this shop exists and I'm so glad I took a chance going in (thanks to the great reviews online!). The moment I walked in, I was kindly greeted by Colin as he was helping another customer. This gave me a chance to take a look around. The shop is incredibly clean, well-lit, and it's amazingly easy to find what you're looking for due to how organized the shelves and counters are. Overhead music and colored lighting behind the shelves created a relaxing mood which was great. I immediately found the exact device I was looking for, color and all! It was the Smok RPM80, black carbon color. The shop has a great selection of devices, supplies, and juices so you're bound to find what you're looking for. Colin was very helpful and enthusiastic about helping me track down a great flavor to try out. I was able to grab a military veteran discount too, very nice. What really left a great impression is that Colin tossed in an 18650 battery for my device, free of charge after I mentioned I sought the shop out due to the great reviews on Google! I wasn't expecting that and this, combined with his great attitude and helpfulness, made me feel very appreciative and welcomed. I'll most definitely be a loyal, returning customer after my experience today!
